b. Campaign Management: We will work closely with you to develop and implement influencer marketing strategies. We will provide guidance and support throughout the campaign, but the ultimate responsibility for content creation and campaign success lies with you.

c. Payment: Our agency operates on a fee-based model. We will negotiate payment terms with you on a case-by-case basis and provide an agreement outlining payment details.

 

4. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to our website and services, including but not limited to logos, designs, and content, are owned by our agency or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.

b. Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you create using our services. However, by using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and modify your content for the purpose of providing our services.
